Excavation

Formwork and steel
Your pool takes shape. We set the levels and position, then fix all the steel reinforcement that keeps the shell structurally sound.
Plumbing and lighting
The pre-plumb stage: the skimmer box, return lines, jets, extra suction lines, deep return lines for heating, and the light castings.
Concreting the shell
Everything comes together on shotcrete day. The shell is sprayed in concrete, takes its final shape, then cures for about four weeks.
Plumbing and lighting, stage two
We complete the secondary plumbing, extending the lines and the lighting conduits all the way through to the pump and filter area.
Shell prep
A critical stage. We prepare the cured shell carefully so it is ready for a flawless interior finish.
Interior finish
We apply your chosen interior, tiling or pebblecrete, in the colour you picked from our range, to set the look and feel of your water.
Safety fencing
We install compliant pool fencing so your pool is safe and ready for the family to enjoy.
Pump and filter hook up
We connect and commission the pump and filtration so your water stays clean, clear and balanced.
Clean and acid wash
We clean and acid wash the new interior so it is spotless before the pool is filled.
Fill and balance
We fill the pool, balance the water and hand it over. Time for your first swim.
